Mobilicare is a nationwide mobility ecosystem operated by Jom Makcik Sdn. Bhd. It brings together transportation providers, mobility services and assistive solutions from across Malaysia within one integrated platform.
Accessible through the Mobilicare website or mobile application, the platform helps users find suitable services based on their location, mobility requirements and preferred level of assistance. Available services include:
- Compassionate door-to-door transportation
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
- Medical concierge support
- Medical logistics
- Non-emergency ambulance transportation
- Rental and purchase of mobility assistive devices
- Vehicle accessibility equipment and installation
Where available, users can locate a suitable ambulance provider based on their location, the patient’s condition and the level of medical support required. Ambulance services listed through the platform must be provided by appropriately qualified and authorised providers.

Jom Makcik origins
Jom Makcik began as a compassionate service dedicated to supporting individuals and families with their daily transportation and healthcare-related needs. Through our experience assisting older persons, patients and individuals requiring additional support, we developed a deep understanding of the challenges surrounding medical appointments, mobility and continuity of care.
As community needs grew, our services expanded beyond transportation to include medical concierge support, mobility assistance and better coordination with families, healthcare providers and care organisations. These frontline experiences revealed the need for a more comprehensive and connected healthcare mobility solution.
Mobilicare represents the next stage of this journey. Building on Jom Makcik’s trusted service experience, Mobilicare brings transportation, assisted mobility, education, collaboration and care coordination together within one integrated ecosystem. Our evolution reflects a continued commitment to making every healthcare journey safer, easier and more dignified.
