Mobilicare welcomes organisations that share our commitment to making healthcare and mobility services safer, more accessible and more inclusive throughout Malaysia.
We collaborate with government agencies, non-governmental and non-profit organisations, private hospitals, healthcare and dialysis centres, elderly care facilities, rehabilitation centres, government-linked companies (GLCs), government-linked investment companies (GLICs) and other community-focused organisations.

Become a Service Provider
Join the Mobilicare ecosystem and make your services available to users through our website and mobile application.
Providers undergo an appropriate verification and onboarding process based on their service category. They may be required to submit licences, certifications, insurance information, training records and other supporting documents.
Approved providers can receive suitable service requests, communicate with clients, manage bookings and develop their reputation through customer ratings and feedback.

Use Mobilicare Services for Your Clients or Staff
Organisations can arrange mobility and healthcare-related support for patients, residents, clients, beneficiaries or employees through Mobilicare.
Depending on the collaboration, organisations may receive a dedicated booking arrangement, centralised coordination, service tracking, scheduled transportation and consolidated reporting or billing.
Services may be used for:
- Medical appointments and hospital visits
- Hospital admissions and discharges
- Dialysis, rehabilitation and therapy sessions
- Transportation for elderly persons and persons with disabilities

Sponsor Mobility for Low-Income Families
Organisations can provide financial assistance to individuals and families who experience difficulty accessing healthcare because of transportation costs or mobility limitations.
Mobilicare can help identify suitable mobility services, coordinate approved requests and provide service records or programme reports according to the agreed arrangement. Eligibility criteria, funding limits and approval processes can be established together with each sponsoring organisation.
Support may be provided through:
- Sponsored journeys to healthcare facilities
- Transportation or medical-concierge credits
- Wheelchair-accessible or ambulance transportation
- Mobility equipment rental or purchase
- Rehabilitation and recurring treatment transport
- Community mobility funds
